Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ooze account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
